Whether it is me making recomendations about who is the right practitioner or practitioners for you, or what types of therapy would suit you best, or I may work with you myself, either in person or by Skype or phone. I can put the pieces of the puzzle together and get you on the right track fast.

I have worked with over 30 practitioners in my career, ranging from naturopaths, holistic G.P.'s, chiropractors, nutritionists, acupuncturists, dentists, kinesiologists, massage therapists, podiatrists, personal trainers and yoga practitioners, as well as all the people I have seen to get and keep me well!

I understand what it takes to get well and stay well, and with my knowledge of health I can help you find clarity and certainty.
